Reward Issued For Two Stolen Freightliner Trucks TRACER Alert: Stolen Freightliners in Illinois and Texas

A 2007 gold Freightliner Columbia was reported stolen Wednesday, Aug. 8, from 4950 W. Pershing Road in Stickney, IL. The TRACER website reports the VIN as 1FUJA6AV27LW92200 and the Illinois license plate number as P7081317. The truck has “Galaxy Transport, Stickney, IL” on the sides.

Also on Wednesday, a 2004 white Freightliner Columbia was stolen from 2527 S. Highway 360 in Grand Prairie, TX. It has “Engleman Transportation” on the doors and a spare tire on the back of the truck. TRACER lists the VIN as 1FUJA6CK24LN37726 and Texas license plate number as RK5K07.

TRACER, the Transportation Alert Communication and Emergency Response program, was launched in 2009 by OOIDA. The program is a two-way communication system that sends alerts to members and coordinates information received from trucking members.
