Country Chart Toppers | The Band Perry “All Your Life”

The Band Perry has had an amazing 3 year run on the country charts. Their 2010 platinum self-titled release has garnered them two #1 smash hits, a #2 chart topper and another top 20 single. There’s no telling what the future holds for this bluegrass styled country band.

This week they appeared at the 2012 Grammy Awards to help perform a live tribute to country music legend Glenn Campbell. The tribute was capped off as the Rhinestone Cowboy himself appeared on-stage to sing his famous song, backed by The Band Perry along with some of country’s brightest newcomers.

The Band Perry got more love from the Grammy community later on, as they were nominated for Best New Artist. Ultimately, they lost out to folk songwriting group Bon Iver, but that hasn’t stopped their latest single from rocketing to the #1 spot on the Country Music Charts. The tune is called “All Your Life” and the video features a sweet homage to traveling minstrel shows during the expansion of the US Western Territories.
