Apparently, some with money feel they are above the law.
Julien Chabbott is clearly one of those people. At the beginning of the video, you see a police officer writing a ticket to put on a Ferrari 458 Spider. Then Chabbott walks up to the car and climbs in.
The officer continues to write the ticket, even as Chabbott decides he’s going to drive away.
The officer steps closer to the man, who then puts the car into gear and runs over the police officer’s foot.
Bad move, man.
