Video: Three-Year-Old Rides Scooter Into Busy Intersection

A three-year-old boy rode his motorized scooter into a busy intersection in Wenzhou in Eastern China. The video, captured on surveillance cameras, shows the boy narrowly avoiding a head-on collision with oncoming cars.
The boy was in the care of his grandfather, who had taken his eyes off of the boy long enough to use the facilities, when the boy decided to go for a joy ride.
Police were able to move the boy out of traffic and returned him to his grandfather.
