A woman gets out of a car to go add a ticket or pay to get through a parking barrier. You can see that the woman spends a few seconds figuring out the machine.
Once she gets it figured out, the barrier arm raises and the car drives through. The woman runs to catch up to the car, looks back at the car coming in after and doesn’t see the barrier arm coming back down until it crashes down on her head, knocking the woman flat on her behind.
Ouch!
