Steve McQueen article at Selvedge Yard The Selvedge Yard is a blog created to exhibit the interests of men who grew up in the 60s and 70s. It’s not required, really. It just helps.

There’s plenty of commentary and vintage photos of motorcycles, hot rods & muscle cars, semi trucks, Hollywood stunt and leading men, Playboy Bunnies, fashion accessories like watches and shoes, F1 & Indy Car Racing, modern artists, vintage technology, cameras and more.

It was created by designer Jon Patrick as a way to study the history of his craft while also being able to promote his own work. He’s made it quite successful too, earning several awards from interest groups focused on American style and culture.

The man also has a more than passing fascination with Steve McQueen, as you will notice if you click on his picture.

We’re sure to revisit The Selvedge Yard again, but for now, we thought we would let all the truckers out there have a look and listen at Patrick’s video & photo historical account of Johnny Cash playing his concert at Folsom Prison.

Click the pic, and go have a look!
