Pit bulls often have a bad reputation, but what this pit bull, Lilly, did is nothing short of heroic.
Lily, an 8 year old rescue dog, was waking with her owner, Christine, when her owner fell unconscious onto the train track. Lily was trying to pull her owner off the train track. When she couldn’t mover Christine, Lily laid on top of her owner, taking the train’s full impact.
Christine was unharmed. Lily was gravely injured. Check out the video to see how she’s doing now.
