Video: Cop Loses It Over Search Warrant Request

A police officer pulls over a man for speeding, but when he runs the man’s license, he sees that the man had gotten in trouble for having marijuana in his possession 6 months prior. So the officer tells the man he won’t give him a ticket for speeding, but he adds that he would like to search the man’s vehicle. The man tells the officer that he cannot search his car without a warrant. The police officer is not happy with the man’s request.

This is an obvious spoof! For one, there is no digital timer readout on the video like a police dashcam would have. Also, the officer spends less than 20 seconds inside his car running a check on the guy’s license, not enough time to get that kind of info. so first thing I want to know..is how these police dashcam footages of crap like this gets into public hands? wouldn’t the officer or his crew delete or not publicize this footage? seems odd to me unless you know of the conspiracy by the government and authorities to incite protest and revolt so they can complete their agenda using rex84 camps and finalize their goals..

I think this video is a scam for YouTube. A professional officer would have used the fact that the man had been arrested for possession as probable cause. Not to mention that the speeder is either out on bail, or on probation. Both would give the officer right to search. And a warrant can be sent to the cruiser in just a few minutes.

wow give him a ticket but obviously no reason to come unglued as far as im concerned this officer should be evaluated for mental stability after being calm and collected then fly off the handle like that and yes do not condone the speeding but not without a warrant or probable justification in total agreement. We need to hear the aftermath of that and is it a matter of public record that these videos get out?

@ David Lake. I did not defend the Officer jack ass, learn to read. There is more than one way to see things, pull your head out of your ass and you will see. I will defend all officers when I say they do put up with a lot of bull shit from people, I bet from you, and do you think they can’t crack, or get upset, well people get mad at alot of things, do don’t think Officers can’t loose it, they should not but they are only human. THERE IS NEVER ANY REASON ANY OFFICER SHOULD ACT LIKE THAT ON OR OFF DUTY BECAUSE WHEN YOUR IN LAW ENFORCEMENT YOUR 24/7/365 AND ALWAYS HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS.Example; recently in Upstate,NY a mother with her children in a minivan were pulled over by a cop who accused the mother of texting while driving,she told the cop he was mistaken and he would listen.She got out of the van (which is not illegal to do) to show the cop her phone.He told her to get back in her vehicle ,she refused until he looked at the phone.He shot her with a tazer in the breasts in front of her children.GUESS WHAT HE’S NO LONGER A COP AND ANY COP WHO THINKS HE ABOVE THE LAWS THINK AGAIN BECAUSE IT’S NOT 1940 ANYMORE

The Officer should have given the guy a ticket for speeding, no real reason for going over the posted Limey. Also the Officer was in the wrong for getting way upset when he was told he could not search the guys truck. I bet 5 to 1 the guy had something he did not want the officer to find and hid behind the ” sorry no warrant no search”. I can see how Officers get upset when people hide behind this. What???? That is his and EVERY citizen’s right to request a warrant. I don’t do drugs, rarely drink and if I do it is at home. Yet I would have told him the same thing. I guess that comes from a cop pulling in front of me with his lights blinding me and walking up to my car with his gun drawn and pointing it at my head, yelling “What are you doing on this road”. Mind you I was headed to pick my hubby up from the trucking yard and was on a PUBLIC road.

This cop lacked professional aptitude and should have given the guy a ticket for doing 57 in a 35 zone. That should have been all he did. He handled this situation poorly and should have a desk job while he goes for training.
