Video: Man Informs Cops Of His Rights

We’ve shown you a couple of videos of citizens exercising their rights.  This video is similar.  A man is standing on a bridge and taking photos to place in a time-lapse video.  The police see the man doing this and question him.  The man tells the police officers he’s taking photos and the cops ask for the man’s I.D. The man tells the officers that he does not have to show them his I.D. if he’s not committing a crime, but the officers disagree.  The disagreement escalates after an officer asks if the man is recording the conversation.  Watch the video here.
