This inspirational driver loves to dance! He joined a gym as part of a ‘Biggest Loser’ competition, and was able to get into Zumba there. Now he teaches his own class!

Although he’s a day cab driver, and has more access to a gym than a typical OTR driver – there are still ways to get fit while you’re out on the road. You could try Zumba in your empty trailer, try FIT System, or invest in some portable exercise equipment.
