It’s been three months since Clackamas County weighmaster Grady Waxenfelter, 47, was murdered and left for dead, and his murderer is still at large.
Authorities say that on February 6, Waxenfelter pulled over a white pickup driven by Dirck White, 41, for not having a license plate.
White allegedly shot Waxenfelter in the head and drove over his body as he fled the scene.
White was a driver for O’Malley Brothers Trucking. He was hauling a load of wood at the time of the murder.
A short time after the incident, White returned to O’Malley Brothers’, dropped off the pickup, jumped into his own vehicle and drove away.
According to FOX 12 news, at the time of the shooting, there was an active warrant out for White’s arrest on a weapons charge. In addition, White is a suspect and is wanted for questioning in a case involving the rape of a child.
White may be driving a 2004 silver four-door Mercedes Benz with Washington plates: ANB 7070.
White is a 6′ tall, 190 pound Hispanic male. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities say White should be considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, call 911 immediately. Do not approach him.
A $16,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest in the case.
