The body of a truck driver was found yesterday evening at a rest stop off Interstate 20, between Vicksburg and Bovina, Mississippi.
Warren County officials received a call from a motorist around 7 p.m that a body was found a short distance away from the stop in a wooded area.
The driver’s truck was still running when police arrived and found the deceased man, who appeared to be in his late 50’s, according to Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace.
The driver has been identified as John Gruber, of Iowa.
According to WAPT, Gruber likely died as the result of a heart attack.
