According to the video’s description, the driver was half way though jackknifing and was trying to decide if he was still going to attempt his left-hand turn or just pass it.
The driver says the trailer was, “swinging across the entire road at the time.”
The driver said, ” I decided to get on the entrance ramp rather than bypass it. Truck coming from the other direction decided to stop when he saw my truck jackknifing with the trailer swinging all over.”
