It’s a bad day when you get pulled over for speeding, but it’s an even worse day if you’re pulled over on the side of the road and your Mustang gets sideswiped. That’s what happened to a driver in Montgomery County, Texas.
On June 20, 2014, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Montgomery County Deputy Constable Tim Shackalford pulled over a Mustang for speeding. As the Mustang was pulling off the side of the road, a pickup nearly rear ended the Mustang.
The Mustang driver told Shackalford that the pickup had been tailgating him, and had passed him on the right and threw a beer bottle at his vehicle.
Shackalford told the Mustang driver to wait while he went to search for the pickup driver.
