Police Search For Truck Driver Who Stole $35,000 Worth Of Steak

Published:

New Jersey police are on the hunt for a truck driver who made off with $35,000 worth of steak on November 19.

According to police, a truck driver presented what appeared to be a legitimate order slip at Cargill Foods in Logan Township. After 24 pallets of frozen steak were loaded into the trailer, the driver took off, but the steaks never arrived at their appointed destination in the Bronx.

The steak bandit may get away with his crime — police say surveillance video was too grainy to yield much information.
