A group called Secret Witness of Shasta County has offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons who killed a 64 year old truck driver from Oregon at a truck stop in Redding, California.
Though police have not released many details about the driver’s death, we do know that Rick Forbes arrived at the TA truck stop in Redding some time after 11 p.m. on August 11. His body was found inside his truck on August 12 after police were called to do a welfare check when he didn’t check in with his company.
Police have not released information on the manner of Forbes’ death, but they have said that it was a homicide.
