Illegal Turn Leads To Crash

According to the FMCSA, truck driver Jason L. Flynn was involved in an injury crash on March 17, 2016, in Georgia. Reports say that Flynn made an illegal turn, which resulted in a crash. A motorist was injured after his vehicle became wedged under the truck during the crash.

When Georgia State Troopers arrived on the scene, they found an open case of beer along with several open cans.

After searching Flynn’s truck, they also found the prescription drug Xanax, a bag of heroin, and a syringe.

Troopers used a field sobriety test to determine that Flynn was under the influence of alcohol.

Flynn also violated several hour of service regulations.
