UPDATE: The suspect pulled the truck into a parking space at a rest area and surrendered peacefully.
California police are currently chasing a stolen truck driven by a man who reportedly does not want to go back to jail.
The pursuit began just before 11 a.m. in Victorville. The California Highway Patrol says the driver refused to pull over and drove south on the 15 Freeway to the eastbound 60 Freeway, then onto the 10 Freeway in Beaumont.
