This video from CDLLife reader and tanker truck driver Ethan Baughman shows his encounter with an angry motorist.
According to Ethan: “WARNING: STRONG LANGUAGE. So, this happened to me today. I literally have no idea what I did to piss him off. I wasn’t blocking traffic, I was driving in the middle lane after just passing a truck and was waiting to get enough following distance between us before i went back into the right lane. He comes out of no where and does this. I’m pretty sure he wanted me to pull over onto the side of the road. Of course I said screw that and kept going. This is a good example of why I bought a dash cam. When he slows down beside me, he’s holding his phone up taking pics or video of the side of my truck as if I’ve done something wrong. Also I haul FUEL, Luckily I was empty when he did this instead of having 9,000 gallons of gasoline behind me.”
