Matthew Spaccarelli, an unemployed trucker, had a $30 per month plan with cell giant AT&T. The plan was supposed to include unlimited calling, messaging and data. Spaccarelli wasn’t charged extra, but whenever he would reach 3 gigabytes of data usage, his internet was bogged down and videos wouldn’t play.
Fed up, Spaccarelli took AT&T to small claims court and won.
