It’s nearly time again for one of North America’s biggest trucking and transportation industry conventions – the Mid America Truck Show of 2012. This year, the big to-do will be held on March 22nd, 23rd and 24th at the Kentucky Exposition Center. The KEC is located at 937 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY 40209. CDLLife will be there at booth 72088 near the food court! Come say “Howdy!” and we’ll have some cool CDLLife gear for you to wear home.
If you want to know more about the event and how to participate or just be an attendee, just follow this link that will tell you more about what you need and how much it will cost.
The Mid-America Trucking Show began in the early 1970’s, when a private management group was formed by Paul K. Young, to create the largest and most diversified trucking show in the United States of America. The first Mid-America Trucking Show was held in 1972 with 83 Exhibitors and 4000 visitors in attendance. These days, MATS is a MONSTER. There are over 4,000 professionals exhibiting products and giving business presentations and over 70,000 attendees. So if we can give you any type of advice, it’s “do some homework and preparation before you take the plunge.” It’s easy to get lost in that place!
We hope to see you there! For now, here’s a couple of quick videos of the 2011 MATS custom semi truck show, a very popular attendee attraction.
