The owner of a Pennsylvania trucking company pleaded guilty to federal logbook fraud Friday, and also has admitted to selling tainted milk, according to published reports.
Dean Landis, the owner of D.A. Landis Trucking in East Hempfield Township, faces up to five years in prison after admitting to keeping fake logbooks between 2007 and 2009 to cover up excessive hours behind the wheel. His sentencing is in July.
