Mobile WiFi Options for Truck Drivers

Published:

Mobile Hot Spots for Truck DriversWe know how frustrating it can be, truck drivers. You put in your entire work day, you’re tired, you’re legs are sore and you just want to relax a little with some web surfing, maybe stream a movie before bed. But the WiFi network at the local truck stop is simply terrible, or just overloaded. Enough is enough – you would rather have your own network signal, instead of relying on someone else’s tech team to keep it running right.

If you want something done right, sometimes you have to do it yourself. This applies to mobile hotspots too. Truck drivers spend a lot of time in isolated areas without any access to strong WiFi signals, so they have to rely on their mobile network data pipe. In days past, this was a real hassle and/or real expensive. But today, in the times of Unlimited mobile plans, 3G, 4G, LTE and Hoooo Wee speeds piped to low cost devices, truck drivers have some options at their disposal.

There are many different devices that we could feature, but we chose to go with just a few to get you started. If you really want to see a broader array of mobile hotspot solutions, just go here and start shopping stock at Amazon.

Basically what we’re doing is trying to provide solutions for the big US mobile carriers – Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Cricket.

If you’re unsure about purchasing tech for mobile plans, skip over to PC Magazine’s helpful article on “How to Buy a Wireless Modem or Hotspot.” It’s easy to understand, and once you’re done, click through our shopping link to find your match.

Well truck drivers, let’s get to it, shall we?
