Urgent: Missing Truck Driver and Truck

UPDATE: We just got word that Linda has been FOUND.  She has been taken to the hospital.  As soon as we have any new information, we will report it to you.  Thanks to all of you for looking out for a fellow trucker.

Linda Richards (and) her Red U.S. Express Enterprises Truck: Heads up Georgia, Tennessee, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky: US Express truck number: L7378, trailer number: 703655, Drivers name: Linda Richards.

The truck was loaded in Macon, Georgia and was headed to deliver in Chicago, Illinois on Monday, 8/20/2012 but did not show .

Linda was supposed to stop by her home in the Nashville area but did not.

Her phone is off and the satellite has apparently been disconnected. The last known to have made ATM withdrawals was in the Forsyth, Georgia and has not been used since.Projected route: She should have gone 75 north through Georgia to Chattanooga, Tennessee then I-24 to Nashville. From there she could have gone either I24 to Indiana, then I57 to Chicago, or I-65 north thru Kentucky then on up to I90 to Chicago. Anyone going along these routes, please check at truckstops, rest areas, parking areas, etc.

Currently, law enforcement is not saying anything. It is hopeful the truck has been reported as stolen which will help enhance the search.

Please share this wall post on your pages, groups and profiles. Together, WE can find this truck and driver.

If you see this truck contact 911 immediately and inform them of the alert/search. If you can, stay in view of the truck without approaching until law enforcement arrives.
