NAPPANEE, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announced that SR 19 (S. Main Street) is scheduled to close to commercial semi trailer traffic on Wednesday, September 12, at 6 a.m., due to a festival. The closure is between CR 1350N and US 6 (E. Market Street). The detour for semi trailer traffic is CR 1350N to CR 700W/CR7 to US 6. The road will be re-opened to commercial semi trailers by 5 p.m. on Monday, September 17.
INDOT wants all drivers, event participants and their families to stay safe on the roads.
