Wherever your travels take you today, we hope it’s a great day.  This video was recorded at the Tivoli Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 2002 by Travis Tritt.

“It’s a Great Day to Be Alive” was originally recorded by Jon Randall but did not become a hit.

In 2000, Travis Tritt recorded his version of the song.  Tritt’s version song peaked at number 2 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart and at number 33 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart.
