Police Searing For Car That Ran Truck Off The Road

Truck Dangles Off Overpass After Being Ran Off The Road On Wednesday, a winter storm wrecked havoc on Pennsylvania’s roads and highways. At 2:30 p.m., truck driver  Vincent Wilder, 30, of Philadelphia, was traveling west on Interstate 78 near Bethlehem, when what appeared to be a blue Nissan slid into the truck’s lane.

Wilder swerved to avoid hitting the car.  His truck crashed over the side of the of the highway and ended up dangling about 30-40 feet from the Saucon Creek overpass.

Other motorists stopped to help Wilder and pulled him from his truck.  He was taken to a local hospital with minor to moderate injuries.

State Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the accident to call  Cpl. Michael Schneider at 610-759-6106.
