Who doesn’t like a hearty meal after a long day of work, but who wants to cook a big meal after said long day? Â This easy crockpot meal will be sure to leave you full and satisfy your craving for a south of the border flavor.
I like slow cooker meals that are easy, all the ingredients thrown in together, no premixing or adding later. Â I also like slow cooker meals that are complete. Â I don’t want to have to make sides to go with my slow cooker meal.
The recipe takes about 20 minutes to put together. Â If you’re using raw meat, it will need to cook on low for 8-10 hours total; however, if you’re using pre-cooked chicken, 3 hours in the slow cooker should do it.
*Most slow cooker times vary, times are approximate.Â
