Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 13, 2012, and Travel Centers of America and Petro are offering a free meal at any of their 170 locations across the country to mothers with a valid CDL.
In a press release, representative said the company would like to honor mothers and all their hard work and sacrifice and who make their living out on the road.
“We understand that drivers sacrifice their personal and family time by being on the road, doing what needs to be done to keep America moving,” said Tom O’Brien, President and CEO of TravelCenters. He added, “We hope to make Mother’s Day a little brighter for moms and daughters, aunts and nieces, and grandmothers and granddaughters, especially if they are away from their families on this special day.”
