Truck Driver Survives Tornado

Truck Driver Caught In TornadoTornado season is upon us.  On April 29, 2011, truck driver Tom Rose was driving through Ringgold, Georgia when his truck was thrown around by a tornado.

“It happened so fast, I couldn’t think at all,” he said.

The tornado that picked-up Rose’s truck was an EF-4 that nearly wiped the town of Ringgold off the map.  Eight people lost their lives in the tornado– Rose was lucky to survive.

Drivers, please take cover if you are in an area with severe storms.  We want you to arrive at your destination safely!
