Truck Drivers of the Big 12 Conference

Truck Drivers for the Big 12 ConferenceUnfortunately, the Big 12 Conference isn’t actually TWELVE teams anymore, due to University of MIssouri’s decision to leave the group in late 2011.

Fortunately, another team will take the place of the Mizzou Tigers to keep it one of college sports’ most celebrated conference divisions. Being based in Kansas, we here at CDL Life feel the sting of a big player like MU leaving, but we can’t say it’s the end of the world.

Having said that, we wondered what the road caravans of Big 12 teams looked like, and began some research. We weren’t disappointed. Some of the Big 12 Conference Trucks rivaled NASCAR transports for graphic representations of dramatic feelings fans have for their teams. Big 12 fans love their athletes as much as their road crews, and it shows.

So, let’s get to it. Here’s a picture slideshow of truck drivers who get teams and their equipment from game to game. The trucks are impressive, and we’re assuming the driving records of the truckers are equally as impressive. Enjoy!
