In the 1970s, Evel Knievel designed this custom Mack FS786LST— complete with living quarters– to haul his gear from show to show.
Knievel originally used Kenworth cabovers to haul his gear; however, in 1974, Knievel featured 11 Mack trucks in North Richmond Hill, Texas after Knievel had a falling out with Kenworth.
Knievel’s Mack rig went everywhere Knievel went. In fact, Knievel was still in possession of the Mack until his death in 2007.
After Knievel’s death, Robbie Knievel’s manager Jeff Lowe bought Knievel’s Mack.
