We’re thinking most of you truck drivers already know what the result is going to be.
A couple of truckers got together to see what would happen if they paired a smaller, old school Peterbilt 359 against a new high-tech, fuel-efficient Freightliner with all of that fancy exhaust cleaning systems and electronic doohickeys. The 359 had a naked Cummins power plant (and could also use a new tire, apparently). The Freightliner never really had a chance, did it?
We wonder how much money the trucker driving the Freightliner saved on fuel during his little race? Drinks are on him, eh?
