This week, Hurricane Sandy stranded millions of travelers. Highways, subways, buses and road were shut down. Roads were covered with water making them nearly impassable.
This footage was shot on Monday, October 29, just before Hurricane Sandy hit land. The streets were already flooded, though, because of the storm surge.
