Volvo’s new powertrain package, called the XE 13, is built to improve fuel efficiency.
The XE package operates between 1,050 and 1,500 rpms, and improves efficiency by 1.5%. Â With the high cost of fuel, any savings is good.
Volvo’s XE13 won this year’s prestigious Truck Writer’s Technical Achievement Award.
