20th Lawsuit Against Pilot Flying J

Yesterday, the 20th class-action lawsuit was filed against Pilot Flying J.

Wright Transportation, Inc., of Mobile, Alabama, filed suit against the truck stop giant, accusing the corporation of violating federal racketeering laws and “engaging in deceptive trade practices.”

Wright Transportation wants an independent accounting firm to audit the company’s account with Pilot Flying J.

To date, lawsuits agains Pilot Flying J have been filed by the following entities:

  • Eagle Motor Freight Incorporated– Montgomery, Alabama.
  • Atlantic Coast Carriers– Hazelhurst, Georgia
  • National Trucking Financial Reclamation Services– Little Rock, Arkansas
  • Shoreline Transportation– Greenville, Alabama
  • Townes Trucking– Coffeeville, Mississippi
  • W.T. W Enterprises– Roanoke, Alabama
  • Blachowske Truck Line Inc. — Brandon, South Dakota
  • Golden Carriers– Troy, Alabama
  • Glazier Trucking, Inc.– Kiefer, Oklahoma
  • Edis Trucking Inc.– Franskville, Wisconsin
  • Bruce Taylor– Holmes County, Mississippi
  • Arka Logistics– Markham, Illinois
  •  Osborn Transportation– Rainbow City Alabama
  • Paul Otto– Wisner, Nebraska
  • Ohio Auto Delivery, Inc.– Grove City, Ohio
  • Eagle Motor Freight– Montgomery, Alabama
  • Jerry Floyd– Alexander County, North Carolina
  • Industrial and Crane Services– Pascagoula, Mississippi
  • R&R Transportation– Audubon, Minnesota
  • Fred Woodward– Epping, New Hampshire
  • Wright Transportation, Inc.– Mobile, Alabama
