6,400 cans of Heinz Sausage Baked Beans were stolen out of a trailer while the truck’s driver was sleeping in Worcestershire (England).
The thieves actually waited for the driver to fall asleep, and cut open the side of the trailer. They were able to make off with a pallet and a half between 8:45PM on Monday and 5:30AM on Tuesday.
Police are asking anyone with knowledge of this theft, or of anyone that seems to be suspiciously selling large quantities of beans to come forward.
