Precinct 4 has issued an Amber Alert for missing 14 year-old Haylie White. She was taken from her home this afternoon by the suspect, 33 year-old Jacob West. Updated picture of the suspect at the bottom.
If you or someone you know is driving a truck route through the Houston, South Texas area today, please be on watch for this 5 foot tall girl with short brown hair.
