The Bel Nor Police Department has issued a Amber Alert for an 8-year-old child who was abducted on Thursday.
Police believe 8-year-old Luvell Maurice Dukes was abducted by 30-year-old Von Harrell. Â They are believed to be in a grey, 2007 Chevrolet Impala with Missouri registration MG3Z8W. Â
