Truck drivers in north Texas are being urged be on alert and aware of their surroundings.
“A well-organized group of thieves have made off with dozens of tire/wheel assemblies – in broad daylight, right off of their vehicles,” Tire Review reported.
Fort Worth police are investigating the recent string of thefts. Surveillance footage of a recent theft shows a group of men, driving a pickup, pull up to a truck and remove all eight tire and wheel assemblies, load them into the pickup and drive off.
