The Colorado State Patrol has launched a new site for truck drivers.  The site provides information regarding truck parking, chaining info and current road conditions.

“Commercial motor vehicles driving along the I-70 corridor face numerous challenges,” CSP commander Captain Tim Keeton stated in a recent release. “To make it easy and quickly accessible for truckers to find the latest information on road conditions – especially when inclement weather is an issue, we developed the website. The site also provides links for additional information at the Colorado Department of Transportation Website.”

The truck parking link provides detailed maps of parking locations, along with information about the parking area, such as the amount of spaces available.

Several links offer chaining information for drivers, such as safe locations for chaining and tips on chaining.
