Crash Victim Looking For Truck Driver Who Saved Her Life

Published:

On Monday, Shawna Ventura was driving along Big Rock Road near Duvall, Washington when she suffered what is believed to have been a diabetic incident.  Ventura blacked out, causing her to crash into a fallen tree.

The tree smashed through the windshield and nearly impaled Ventura, missing her by inches.  When she came to, she was being choked by her seat belt.

A truck driver came to her aid and cut Ventrua free from the seat belt, likely saving her life.

Before Ventura could get any information about the driver, medics arrived and whisked her away.

“Now I’m on a hunt to find who this is, because I really need to thank him,” Ventura told King 5.

Now the mother of 7 desperately wants to find the truck drier who saved her life so that she can thank him.

“I think he was the guardian angel the Lord sent,” she said.

Ventura believes the driver’s name might have been Mark.  If you know who the driver is, please contact Ventura’s employer,  the Snoqualmie Tribe at (425) 888-6551.
