A Pennsylvania man has been arrested and charged with assault following a road rage incident.
According to McCall, on Thursday night Edwin Rodriguez Figueroa allegedly attacked driver, Robert Walsh, with a 12-inch wrench.
In an attempt to fight off his attacker, Walsh reached in his truck and grabbed a fire extinguisher and sprayed Figueroa.
Figueroa then fled the scene, but state troopers were able to catch up with him. They said when they tracked Figueroa down, he was still covered in fire extinguisher dust.
Figueroa was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment and criminal mischief
According to the police report, the two had been involved in a road rage incident moments earlier. Drivers, please don’t get out of your trucks during a road rage incident.
