How To: Assemble A First Aid Kit
When it comes to being prepared on the road, having a first aid kit is a MUST! If a kit isn’t already one of those items which is located truck at all times, now would be a great time to get one. First aid kits can be picked up relatively cheaply most anywhere – but keep in mind that these things can be also put together for much less money!
Here’s what you’ll need!
- 2 Absorbant Compress Dressings
- A waterproof zippered bag, container, or box
- An assortment of adhesive bandages
- Small, Sharp Scissors
- Gauze Pads
- Adhesive Cloth Tape
- Cotton Balls or Maxi Pads
- Rubbing Non-Alcohol Wipes (for cleaning external surfaces)
- Antibiotic Ointment
- Thermometer
- Tweezers & A Sewing Needle
- Non-Latex Gloves
- A Bee Sting Kit
- Bug Repellent
- A CPR Breathing Mask | Barrier
- Aspirin
- Benadryl
- A Blanket
- Eye Wash Solution
- Ice Pack
