An Illinois truck driver claims she was fired from after she filed for worker’s compensations benefits, the Madison Record reported.
Sabrina Terry was a driver for TMCI of Highland, Illinois. On August 9, 2008, Terry suffered an injury while on the job.
Terry filed for worker’s compensation benefits including medical expenses and time off from work.
