Lawsuits Against Pilot Grow To Fifteen

Eagle Motor Freight, Inc., a trucking company out of Montgomery, Ala., filed a class action lawsuit on Friday against Jimmy Haslam’s Pilot Flying J Travel Centers, naming CEO Jimmy Haslam, President Mark Hazelwood, sales executives John “Stick” Freeman and Brian Mosher as defendants. The trucking company claims Pilot fraudulently cheated it out of promised fuel rebates, bringing the current number of lawsuits against Pilot Flying J to 15.

Eagle Motor Freight, Inc., claims it has been in contract with Pilot Flying J since February 2009.

There are currently two Pilot employees, Ashley Judd and Arnold Ralenkotter, whom have pleaded guilty to federal fraud and agree to testify against others in the company.
