Twenty-seven-year-old actress, Lindsay Lohan is currently being sued after rear-ending an eighteen wheeler in June of 2012 on the Pacific Coast Highway in her Porsche.

The driver – James Johnson “claims that he was injured, and suffered great physical, mental, and nervous pain.”

Lohan was charged with reckless driving, resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty, and giving the authorities false information.
After the incident she was sent to rehab by court order for 90-days.
Lohan’s assistant, Gavin Doyle was in the vehicle with her at the time of the accident and received minor injuries. – At first, she told authorities that her assistant had been driving the car at the time of the accident. A claim which he later refuted.
Police discovered pills in Lohan’s purse, as well as a water bottle that reeked of alcohol at the scene.
