The El Paso Times has reported that the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man in connection with the hit-and-run death of a truck driver last week.
On Satrday night, 55-year-old Swift driver Kevin Arvisais was found lying on Horizon Boulevard in El Paso, Texas near truck stops in the 1300 block of Horizon Boulevard.
Arvisais was transported to the hospital where he later died.
Yesterday, the El Paso Sheriff’s Office arrested Oscar Prado, 65. Police believe Prado struck Arvisais with his gold Chevrolet Cavalier and fled the scene.
He is being held on a $50,000 bond.
