Massive Pile-up Injures 100

Published:

Yesterday’s massive pile-up in Leduc, south of Edmonton, Canada, injured 100 people.   The crash occurred on Alberta, Canada’s Queen Elizabeth II Highway.

Authorities are blaming the crash on a blinding snowstorm that swept through the area.  At this time, authorities have not determined how many vehicles were involved in the crash.

“According to Metronews.ca, approximately 80 people were treated for minor injuries at the scene of the accident. One individual was transported to the University of Alberta hospital in serious condition and 21 others were taken to hospital with minor injuries,” O Canada reported.
