Remember the Ice Cream Truck Turf Wars… and the update?!? Well – apparently ‘Mr. Ding-A-Ling’ has been up to no good. Apparently Phil Hollister, also known as ‘Mr. Ding-A-Ling’ was pulled over for drunk driving on his way home from a tavern – in his ice cream truck, no less.
A sobriety test revealed a BAC of .15 percent.
Hollister was arrested Saturday morning for DWI, after being pulled-over for swerving into the oncoming lane. According to reports, he nearly took out a police vehicle.
Phil Hollister has been terminated.
